With the introduction of the iPad today from Apple I was reminded of the crunchpad a.k.a. the JooJoo. I'm starting to think that the slate from HP might actually be more useful.
And what's with AT&T/GSM only for 3G? I'm disappointed. Give me a carrier that works while commuting on the train. my Verizon card works underground in Penn station and throughout the entire commute.
Plus they're taking shots at Jeff and that's got to really piss him off. (BTW Where did the picture of Jeff in the Austin Powers Halloween costume go?)
Even though I could potentially use the iPad with a MiFi from Verizon it looks like I'll stick with the laptop for the train until someone comes out with something that's a bit more useful. i.e. can multitask apps and has usb.
Update: Found it! I wish I could get to the obidos hall of fame externally... too bad. There is some funny stuff in there.
